    A short, friendly conversation. What you make, who your regulars are, and how you want the place to feel.

  2. Design it live with a real designer

    A session of about 90 minutes at your shop, kitchen or truck, or over video. Your designer sketches, you react, and your mark comes together in front of you.

  3. We build out everything else

    Your final mark becomes the whole kit: menus, labels, aprons, signs, website and Google profile. A person checks every piece before it's handed over.

Good questions.

Are the examples on this page real?

The logos, cards, patterns and sketches in Real work are client projects from our files, shown with the business names as they appear. We replaced personal contact details with placeholders. The featured buildout is a concept: we took Froma Cheese's real logo and mocked up the rest to show what a full buildout looks like. It wasn't delivered to that client.

Can you design my truck or cart wrap?

Yes, with Shop Complete. We design the wrap and sign files to the measurements your wrap or sign shop gives us. They print and install it.

What about the required info on food labels?

We design labels around the information you supply, such as ingredients, allergens, net weight and your business details. You (or your co-packer) confirm what's required. We don't give regulatory advice.

Is a real person actually designing my logo?

Yes. A real designer creates and finishes your mark with you. Software helps afterwards, turning that final design into the dozens of pieces your business needs, and a person reviews everything before it reaches you.

Is the session in person or on video?

Either. We can come to your shop, kitchen or truck, or meet over video. Let us know when we reach out.

What happens when I click "Book my session"?

We're opening our first 10 sessions soon. Booking puts you on the list, and we'll reach out personally to find a time. Nothing is charged and nothing is scheduled until we've talked.

Who owns the design?

You do. Once your final payment is made, the logo and all the files are yours.

What about after the handoff?

Every package includes a 30-day follow-up and some time on GoGo Shop Care: Essentials comes with 1 month of Care, Complete with 3 months of Grow. After that you can choose Care ($129/month), Grow ($349/month) or Partner ($749/month), or stop. Plans are month to month, you can pause, and if you leave you keep every file and your domain.
